Without our wonderful clients we would not be in business so we need to know if you happy, unhappy, thrilled or disappointed.

All orders take 5-7 working days. We print in JHB & CAPE TOWN, depending on clients order, location and urgency.

Clients are welcome to collect by arrangement only in Cape Town -Northern Suburbs, pls email info@backdropshop.co.za or Whatsapp 0718770393 to arrange.

All orders are sent via Economy unless otherwise requested. Overnight deliveries available on request if urgency is required. Please email us informing us of the urgency and we will prioritize your order accordingly or choose a quicker delivery service.

We have our EXPORTERS CODE & Ship Internationally – international quotes will be made via email only. info@backdropshop.co.za

Should you need your backdrops urgently, we are always willing to accommodate you and try our best to get an order to you asap.

Please email us for urgent orders and enquiries.

Please make sure you are 100% happy with the design and size chosen as well as the finishing specs before checking out, we will not accept returns for incorrect sizing, designs and finishing.

Due to on-demand printing we do not accept returns or refunds unless we are notified within 7 working days of delivery. Should there be any problems with the order you received please send us pictures and information via email info@backdropshop.co.za or whatsapp 071 877 0393, and we will  assess the order and send you a resolution or reply regarding the next steps.

We will not be held liable for any colour variations on plain colour orders if a signed off colour proof was not signed off.

Should your order arrive damaged due to courier negligence, please notify us immediately and we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

WE REGRET NO REFUNDS – However we endeavor to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and should you not be happy please let us know so we can work out a solution which suits both client & Backdrop Shop.

NB: Very important!

Please note that all computer monitors, phone screens and tablets are not all calibrated and work in a RGB colour palette, BUT printing machines print in CMYK and due to this colour palette change there is always a possiblity of slight colour changes on final print. This is the nature of the business working with online visuals and a final printed products. We can not guarantee 100% colour matching without doing a colour sample first for client sign off or clients giving us a specific pantone colour we can match on a chart. 

Should you be worried in any way about a colour change or not receiving a specific colour you need please let us know so we can run a sample before your order. This is a service we gladly offer.
